We the Voters podcast investigates the common ground people share in the United States. The podcast is the latest part of a multimedia interview project, where host Emily Cate travels to small towns and large cities in all 50 states to conduct interviews and report back what she finds. We the Voters is founded on the belief that most people are good. Through hundreds of conversations, the project seeks to illustrate the many ways US citizens are more alike than different -- and to provide a snapshot of how people live, work, and dream in the United States.
